SHIPPING TIMES

All USA Shipping are FREE.*

Delivery date ranges are posted for our products. As part of our GREEN SUPPLY philosophy, all products are made on demand which minimizes wastes significantly from unused materials or inventory. Our products are handmade per order, and they have varying origin and destination times as we ship worldwide.* 

Products are sewn and made in different source locations (listed on the bottom of this page). Average receipt time is between 9-18 days worldwide. 7-14 days average for US and Canada. 

Clothing: 9-18 Days | US & CA: 7-14 days average*

Accessories: 9-18 Days | US & CA: 7-14 days average*

Shoes: 9-18 Days | US & CA: 7-14 days average*

NOTES:

*All USA Shipping are FREE on default with option to upgrade. 

*Depending on the season, items may arrive above the averages.

*You may receive your items separately through multiple carriers.

*If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be contacted by our Support Team to arrange a reshipment. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once an updated address is provided and confirmed.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Order shipment update links will be sent directly to your email (or cellphone number if chosen).

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds or exchanges will only be entertained and approved within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in unused condition. Any signs of washed clothing, usage, or creases (especially on shoes) will not be accepted. 

We will return or refund or exchange (or send a replacement) for items with manufacturing defects, wrong item size received (clear size discrepancy from what was ordered) and lost in transit (but the address is correct). Photo evidences are required. 

Buyer's remorse will not be accepted and incorrect size ordered will be strictly reviewed as size charts are available throughout the website per product. So we advise shoppers to exercise due diligence on their sizing requirements as it's not guaranteed that an incorrect size ordered return/refund request will be accepted.

Depending on where the item was made and shipped from, return addresses would vary. Please email us first to initiate an approved return.

We do our best to constantly monitor that our products & packaging are ethically sourced and made as much as possible from recycled materials.
